VFS - Enrollment Representative

The Enrollment Representative is responsible for receiving and processing enrollment documents. This position is also responsible for promptly addressing enrollment-related inquiries to ensure enrollment timeline requirements are met.

• Communicate and respond in a timely manner across the entire Veridian Fiscal Solutions product line to include internal and external calls and emails.
• Verify the accuracy of records in the EVV and Workers' Compensation systems by reviewing data entries. Resolve discrepancies as needed. Review and process undeliverable mail according to organizational procedures.
• Collect and input unemployment claim information in a timely manner ensuring all data is accurate.
• Manage the timely closure of accounts for inactive members, employers, and employees.
• Enter and verify ISB (Independent Support Broker) details into system records, and ensure all data is current and complete.
• Responsible for the timely updating Financial Management Service fee and tax rate records for returning members.
• Organize and manage monthly ISB and North Dakota region statements for processing, ensuring all documents are appropriately separated and HIPAA compliance is maintained.
• Manager the termination and closure of accounts for inactive members, employers, and employees.
• Retrieve background checks in a timely manner and save required details in required VFS systems.
• Assist with maintaining policies and procedures manual for this position. Assist with special projects as needed.
