Title: Legal Support Coordinator

Pay Rate: $19-$21/hour

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Be able to multitask and have strong attention to detail.
  • Be extremely organized.
  • Be able to work well under pressure.
  • Be dependable, responsible and punctual.
  • The position entails, but is not limited to, data entry, document retrieval, and mail preparation.
  • Requires 40 hours per week with possible overtime


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to always present oneself in a professional and courteous manner
  • Ability to stay on task with little supervision
  • Demonstrate initiative and creativity in fulfilling job responsibilities
  • Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a busy work environment
  • Strong working knowledge of personal computers including Microsoft Office
