Starting pay is 21.00/hr increasing to 22.26/hr as you gain skills and knowledge.

Hours are 7pm-5am Monday through Thursday, overtime and short Friday shifts happen with little notice.

Job summary- Assist in operation of panel line to make high quality Hexacomb in a safe and efficient manner.

Job requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Good communication skills.
• Must be able to read at an acceptable level.
• Must be able to do basic math including multiplication and division.
• Must be able to work overtime, weekends and Holidays as needed.

Job responsibilities

• Follow all safety rules and policies, make suggestions to improve, look out for fellow employee's safety. Work to improve our safety culture.
• Assist in running the panel line as a forklift operator or stacker. Be proficient in both positions, this includes banding and stretch wrap.
• Train and direct temporary employees when needed.
• Maintain a high sense of urgency when working at all times.
• During downtime and set ups, make Falconboard boxes or other duties as assigned.
• Be open to trying new ideas all of the time.
• Have and encourage strong teamwork.
• Other duties as assigned.
