Job Summary Machine Operator II is responsible for the set up and operation of a production machine in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. -Looking for experienced operator with minimum 1 year of operating experience with wood products -Precision and Attention to Detail: Must produce accurate cuts and molded profiles to meet specific requirements -Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods -Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify issues with machinery or materials and implement solutions -Teamwork: Maintaining a positive, 'can-do' attitude & gets along with peers -Communication: Ability to effectively communicate with supervisors and co- workers SPECIFIC TO MOULDER OPERATORS: -Must have a good understanding of wood moulders & possess a mix of technical skills, attention to detail, and strong work ethic -Should have a deep understanding of how wood moulder saws function, including knowing how to adjust settings for different types of cuts and profiles. Troubleshooting skills - should have the ability to quickly identify and resolve machine malfunctions or issues with material -Precision - position requires detailed work. A good operator consistently ensures that measurements, angles, and cuts meet the specified standards. Must have the ability to inspect the final product for imperfections and defects. Time management - a good operator manages time effectively, balancing machine setup, maintenance, and production tasks without sacrificing quality. 2nd shift hours: Monday-Thursday 10:00am-8:30pm Why Join Us?
