Senior Project Manager (OSHPD/HCAi)

The Senior Project Manager (Healthcare) provides the overall planning, coordination and direction for project management and construction management activities on heathcare projects to ensure they are on time, on budget, and on schedule, and also monitors cost and project performance to ensure compliance with contract requirements. Maintains management and project facilitation for the successful completion per compliance, contractual, owner and Vanir requirements. May supervise field administrative staff, Project Engineers,Assistant Project Managers and Construction Managers.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversees all activities of project management and construction management of projects including Master Plan Phase, Procurement Phase Preconstruction, Construction to final occupancy and close-out.

• Assumes the lead in project meetings, and supervises work of others to include documentation, administration, and tracking of relevant information and statuses, and follow-up on actions items of all participants.

• Performs other duties as required

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree with emphasis in technical disciplines such as Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent technical area of study.

• 12+ years of experience in management of HCAi/OSHPD healthcare projects, construction, engineering, and equivalent technical projects.

• Psychiatric Hospital, County of San Diego experience, and CMAR procurement experience preferred.

Offered rate of compensation will be based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including education, qualifications, experience, and geographic location. The Salary range for this position is $145,000-$155,000.
