Job Summary:
At the Fluno Center Line Cooks are responsible for preparing high quality food for our hotel and conference guests. Our Line Cooks receive and prepare orders in Smitty's Study Pub, they assist with catering and banquet events, they prepare food for our break stations and they assist with buffet breakfast and lunch in the dining room. To be successful in this role you will: Responsibilities: Performs a variety of food preparation activities and related tasks according to quality and safety standards in dining, retail, and/or catering venues to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve departmental food service goals.

The Fluno Center serves as a premier conference and lodging resource for continuing education,campus conferences and visitors. The Fluno Center includes 100 guest rooms, classrooms, and dining facilities. Conference Centers provides high-quality conference services, including lodging, audiovisual, catering and registration services for roughly 65,000 unique attendees for events and meetings.
