Overview The Director of Compliance oversees HEI's compliance programs. The position designs, implements, and monitors programs and policies to ensure the company meets legal, regulatory, and ethical standards, while mitigating company liability and risk. It works closely with the leaders and members of all disciplines to support their unique compliance objectives. Responsibilities
