Key Position Details: Great clinic to build a new practice due to high patient demand, growing area and many primary care patient growth opportunities from Urgent care and Specialty provider referrals Multispecialty (Urgent Care, CKRI, community pharmacy, ortho, podiatry, cardiology, pulmonology, general surgery, ENT, audiology, Ob-Gyn/Midwifery, urology, nephrology, diabetic education, clinic pharmacist, Mental Health, high tech imaging) all on site Successful mentoring program for new providers who join our practice Professional and fun culture - we believe laughter is great medicine Minimal call coverage, phone only, RN triage support Clinic hours are Monday: 7:30am-6pm, Friday: 7:30am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday EMR: Excellian is one of the most comprehensive electronic health record (EHR) systems in the nation. Job Description: Principle Responsibilities Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being. Practices in a thoughtful manner including consideration for cultural diversity, individual autonomy and legal responsibilities. Actively participates in multidisciplinary team approach to case management. Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows. May participate in peer review and quality assurance. Job Requirements Master's degree Completion of accredited Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner program required Licensed Physician Assistant - MN Board of Medical Practice required upon hire ACLS-BLS Tier 2 - Multisource required within 180 Days Certification as Physician Assistant - NCCPA National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants upon hire required Drug Enforcement Administration upon hire required Physical Demands Medium Work: Lifting weight Up to 32 lbs. occasionally (Allina Safe Patient Moving Policy), Up to 25 lbs. frequently Pay Range Pay Range: $125,000 to $140,000 per year The pay described reflects the starting base pay range, assuming a full-time FTE. Your starting rate will depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable).
