WellSky is hiring a Solutions/Product Manager to work on our Connect solution which enables providers, ACOs and other VBC organizations to have visibility into the care of their patients in any setting, be alerted in real-time on events, and proactively prioritize management and intervention based on our proprietary risk models. An ideal candidate will have experience in population health or interoperability products and a passion for improving healthcare. In this role, you will develop the strategies and requirements implemented across our product base to help value-based organizations improve patient outcomes while reducing spend. A day in the life!

  • Serve as voice of the client in decisions made regarding future solutions, features, and enhancements.
  • Craft, communicate, and justify complex, innovative solution roadmaps.
  • Control solution roadmap and scope based on detailed understanding of needs, requirements, and resources.
  • Lead and organize resources needed to deliver new features and integrations to the market.
  • Ensure solution analyst teams are creating high-quality requirements.
  • Set priorities for development efforts based on alignment with business goals, strategic direction, voice-of-the-client, timelines, and client commitments.
  • Serve as cross-functional expert regarding current competitive landscape, regulatory and accrediting guidelines, healthcare industry and market opportunities.
  • Work with product marketing to define initiatives to create demand within key market verticals and horizontal markets including trade shows, direct marketing, web marketing, and product trainings.
  • Make recommendations for new vendor relationship(s) that would add value to solution offerings.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and research to provide input into solution features and pricing.
  • Maintain high degree of collaboration with engineering delivery manager partner to ensure team approach to product development.
  • Create standard business cases aligned with organization goals and strategies.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned.

Do you have what it takes?

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field ; Associates Degree with commensurate work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, healthcare information technology, project management, sales or consulting.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Product Analyst or related role.
