Description The Shift Supervisor assists the Director of Nursing in the coordination of the team to deliver resident care in a compassionate and ethical manner according to recognized standards and the resident care model on assigned shift. The Shift Supervisor works closely with the Leadership team in maintaining the operations of the facility during assigned shift. Fosters change and teamwork within the facility. About the Team Providence Home and Community Care (HCC) is a service line within Providence with over 8,000 caregivers and 2,000 volunteers serving nearly 200,000 people a year, in their homes, in clinics and in a variety of congregate living ministries across our seven-state footprint.
