Role Description & Responsibilities:

As a Partner Manager within the NAM Customer Process Experience team, you are the primary driver of growth across a diverse, multi-brand portfolio of reseller partners. Your mission is to lead, coach, and grow a network of partners selling the full breadth of the 3DEXPERIENCE platform - spanning CATIA, SIMULIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA and other product families. You will ensure each partner is aligned with the Dassault Systemes go-to-market strategy and fully capable of delivering platform-based solutions to clients across a range of industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Business Planning: Develop and execute an annual Joint Business Plan with each assigned partner, defining clear KPIs across revenue, marketing activity, and product certification targets.
  • Sales Coaching: Mentor partner sales teams on value-based selling, helping them move from transactional, single-product engagements to strategic, platform-based solution sales across the 3DEXPERIENCE portfolio.
  • Pipeline Management: Drive lead generation activity and actively manage the partner sales pipeline to ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and consistent quota attainment.
  • Partner Enablement: Ensure all assigned partners are fully trained and certified across the relevant 3DEXPERIENCE product brands (CATIA, SIMULIA, ENOVIA, DELMIA, etc.) appropriate to their business focus.
  • Ecosystem Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with Dassault Systemes technical experts, industry teams, and direct sales to support partners in complex, multi-stakeholder Sell-With opportunities.
  • Business Transformation: Guide partners through the ongoing transition from On-Premise legacy models to Cloud and SaaS recurring revenue streams.
  • Relationship Continuity: Ensure a seamless handoff from the incumbent PM and establish trusted advisor relationships with each partner in the assigned portfolio.

Territory Reporting: Provide regular territory updates, partner performance reviews, and pipeline forecasts to the North America Partner Management Sales Director.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 8-10 years of successful sales experience, with at least 3 years specifically in Channel or Partner Management within the software industry (PLM, ERP, CRM, CAD, or enterprise SaaS).
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is highly regarded.
  • Portfolio Breadth: Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse partner portfolio spanning multiple product lines, customer segments, or industry verticals simultaneously.
  • Solution Mindset: Proven track record of selling complex, high-value software solutions to C-Level and senior business executives.
  • Leadership: Strong ability to influence, motivate, and hold accountable external partner organizations without direct hierarchical authority.
  • Analytical Skills: Data-driven approach to territory management, partner performance tracking, and pipeline forecasting.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable operating across a broad set of industries and adjusting messaging and enablement support to fit each partner's unique customer base.
  • Language: Professional proficiency in English. Spanish is a plus.
