Position Title: Production Powder Coater

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a Production Powder Coater at a company in Kenosha, WI. This is a potential to hire position for 2nd shift. Apply now! Production Powder Coater Responsibilities: - Operate powder paint application equipment for proper quality, coverage and efficiency - Manual touch-up of metal components as needed to produce a quality coated component - Rework rejected parts when required - Conduct pre-start-up maintenance for powder guns and hoppers - Follow established preventative maintenance schedules; request maintenance department assistance when required - Conduct routine shutdown procedures for powder guns and powder booths - Meet production schedules - Offer suggestions to improve department through-put Requirements for Production Powder Coater: - 1-2+ years experience in powder paint finishing systems on a variety of substrates from within a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of industrial wet paint coating a plus - High level of self-initiative and dependability - Willing to pitch in as needed; flexible to perform overtime duties and adjust schedule when required - Resourceful and highly organized with an attention to detail and accuracy - Ability to manage, prioritize and balance multiple tasks - Ability to work within a team environment - Possess positive, "can do" attitude IND015 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
