Position Title: Flexo Graphic Lead
Wage: $30.00 - $38.00/hour Are you the go-to person on the pressroom floor when challenges arise? Do others look to you for troubleshooting, training, and technical expertise? If so, we're looking for a Flexo Press Lead in Menomonee Falls, WI who is passionate about quality, continuous improvement, and helping a team succeed. In this key leadership role, you'll be more than just an operator. You'll serve as the department's technical expert, mentor new team members, drive process improvements, and help ensure every product leaving the pressroom meets the highest quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Flexographic Press Operator ready to take the next step in their career and play a major role in developing people, improving processes, and influencing production success. Flexo Graphic Lead Responsibilities: - Lead by example on the production floor - Troubleshoot press, process, and quality issues - Train and mentor new and current press operators - Champion workplace safety and 6S initiatives - Drive continuous improvement projects that increase efficiency and reduce waste - Support new product launches, R&D projects, and process development - Perform quality verifications and second-piece signoffs - Ensure preventive maintenance activities are completed and documented - Help develop best practices and operating standards - Track and communicate departmental performance through SQDC metrics Requirements for Flexo Graphic Lead: - 3+ years of Flexographic Press experience - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities - Experience training, mentoring, or leading operators - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement - Ability to motivate others while maintaining production goals - High attention to detail and strong organizational skills - Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team - Computer proficiency, including email and basic production software IND159 | |
