Position Title: Warehouse Associate Wage: $17.00 - $18.00/hour Shift: 1st or 2nd Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm or 11:30am - 8:00pm (Monday - Friday) Ready to build a career, not just find a job? Responsibilities: - Utilize RF scanners to perform order picking, inventory counts, and stock replenishments accurately - Pick, pack, and verify customer orders, applying appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit - Assist in the receiving process by verifying and documenting incoming inventory, performing putaways, and resolving discrepancies - Conduct regular inventory control activities, including counts, consolidations, and locates adjustments - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by performing general housekeeping tasks - Move products and packages using carts, forklifts, or manual handling tools as needed - Label shipments correctly and stage packages for carrier pickup - Communicate inventory issues or safety concerns to supervisors promptly Requirements: - Ability to lift up to 30 pounds frequently and up to 50 pounds occasionally - Ability to perform repetitive motions such as reaching, grasping and pushing - Ability to stand, walk, bend, twist and climb ladders or stairs for extended periods - Basic computer skills and ability to operate RF scanners and warehouse equipment - Ability to work long hours as needed, including possible overtime IND035 QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
