What You'll Do

• Collaborate closely with architects and business partners to translate strategic goals into actionable Agile stories for new capabilities.
• Conduct thorough design and code reviews, ensuring adherence to best practices, quality standards, and architectural guidelines.
• Provide essential technical direction and support, guiding your team through complex challenges and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Engage in hands-on coding, unit testing, and prompt resolution of production issues to maintain application stability and performance.
• Lead the design and implementation of new features and critical bug fixes, taking ownership from conception to deployment.
• Actively participate in product roadmap discussions and long-term planning, influencing the strategic direction of your team's initiatives.
• Develop and implement tools and practices that enhance team efficiency, streamline workflows, and promote operational excellence.
• Mentor junior team members, sharing your knowledge and experience to support their professional growth and career aspirations.
• Partner effectively with fellow developers, product owners, technical leads, and architects to deliver integrated and impactful solutions.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of comprehensive full stack application development experience, including a proven track record of mentoring and assisting junior developers.
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing web-enabled applications using:
  
  
  
  • **Front End Technologies/Concepts:** ASP.NET, Angular and/or AngularJS, JSON/XML, Sync/ASync services.
  • **Back End Technologies/Concepts:** .NET, .NET core, C#, RESTful API design, Micro-Services, and Event-driven architecture and frameworks.
  • **Database Technologies/Concepts:** Relational databases such as SQL and Oracle.
  • **Environment:** Experience with Distributed Monolithic and Cloud-Based Micro-services architectures.
  
  
  
  
• A strong passion for enterprise-level agile development methodologies.
• Solid understanding of web application environments and development tools, event-driven application development, session state management, web configuration and deployment strategies, security and performance tuning, and debugging methodologies.
• Comfortable with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) concepts, unit testing principles and implementations, API test automation techniques, and automated deployment pipeline tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts clearly.
• Effective time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for problem-solving, the ability to quickly learn new concepts, and strong interpersonal skills to interact effectively with all levels of technical and business teams.
• Proven ability to work independently while also demonstrating leadership within a team setting.
• A collaborative team player, self-motivated, and adept at working across various organizational and geographic boundaries.
• BS or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Atlassian tool suite, including JIRA, Confluence, BitBucket, and Bamboo.
• Familiarity with Private Cloud/Pivotal Cloud Foundry environments.
