As our Workday System Administrator, you'll help ensure employees and leaders have a secure, reliable, and well-designed HR technology experience while giving HR teams the data and tools they need to support the organization. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys turning complex Workday needs into practical solutions and wants to make a meaningful contribution through thoughtful system ownership. What you'll do In this role, you'll serve as a technical subject matter expert for Workday HRIS, taking ownership of system administration, configuration, security, reporting, support, and continuous improvement across key HR modules. Day to day, you'll:
Beyond that, you'll monitor Workday releases and cyclical activities, improve internal processes, share risks and recommendations proactively, and use Workday Community and customer networks to stay current on best practices. What you bring We're looking for someone who combines hands-on Workday expertise with sound HR knowledge, analytical thinking, and a strong sense of ownership.
