Do you have experience directing, managing, and administering large, complex contracts within the Intelligence Community? ABOUT THIS ROLE St. Michael's is hiring a Contractor Program Manager to support a large Intelligence Community partner's business operations program. As the Contractor Program Manager, you will direct, manage, and administer contract activities to ensure successful program execution within established budget, schedule, and performance requirements. You will be in a client-facing role that will benefit from your leadership, program management experience, and ability to manage a large, complex, multi-functional contract of similar size, scope, and complexity, including performance, financial management and burn rate, schedules, personnel, training, security deliverables, contract modifications, and required program reporting in a DoW/IC environment. Our core value of Commitment will be paramount to this role as you will serve as the primary management point of contact for program, maintain regular communication with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) and Government Program Manager, and drive timely resolution of performance, risk, and program execution issues. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
COMPENSATION: As required by applicable law, St. Michael's Inc. provides reasonable pay ranges for positions based on labor market conditions in locations where compensation transparency is required. The base pay range for this position is $160,000 to $200,000. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, relevant skills, experience, and other job-related factors. This position may also be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus, based on company and individual performance. This position is in support of an upcoming opportunity, contingent upon award, and we are actively gathering qualified candidates in preparation for a successful proposal submission.
