Your Role in Our Story as a(n) Manager II - Store Format
As the
Manager II - Store Format, you will lead the development, execution, and continuous improvement of store format strategies that enhance the customer experience, improve operational effectiveness, and support business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to bring innovative store concepts and format improvements to life while ensuring alignment with company objectives, brand standards, and financial goals.
- Lead the strategy and execution of store format initiatives, remodel programs, and design enhancements.
- Drive operational excellence through innovative store layouts and format optimization.
- Partner with key stakeholders to improve customer experience and maximize business performance.
- Manage projects from concept through implementation while balancing scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to team members and project contributors.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on store design trends, retail innovation, and format performance.
What Your Day-to-Day Will Look Like as a(n) Manager II - Store Format
- Develop and execute long-term store format strategies that support company growth objectives.
- Lead the planning, design, and implementation of store format projects, ensuring successful delivery and operational readiness.
- Manage project portfolios, resources, budgets, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
- Collaborate with Operations, Merchandising, Real Estate, Construction, Marketing, Finance, and other business partners to drive alignment and execution.
- Evaluate opportunities for new store concepts, remodels, and format optimization programs.
- Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and recommendations for capital investments.
- Monitor and measure financial, operational, and customer experience outcomes resulting from format changes.
- Present project updates, strategic recommendations, and results to senior leadership.
- Ensure store formats meet company standards, regulatory requirements, and customer expectations.
- Identify emerging retail trends and innovative design solutions that improve store performance and shopping experiences.
- Maintain documentation of store layouts, design standards, and format initiatives.
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Retail Management, Architecture, Design, Engineering, Finance, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

What are the details?
- Hybrid Remote: This position is based out of Carlisle, PA and will require 3 days a week in the office.
