Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce AI Agentforce Developer with 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience and hands-on expertise in building AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying intelligent agentic solutions leveraging Agentforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Data Cloud, Prompt Engineering, and Salesforce AI technologies. Key Responsibilities Design, build, and deploy AI-powered autonomous agents using Salesforce Agentforce. Configure Agent Builder, Topics, Instructions, Actions, Guardrails, and Agent Scripts. Develop custom Agent Actions using Apex, Flows, APIs, and integrations. Build conversational AI solutions for Sales, Service, Marketing, and Support use cases. Leverage Salesforce Data Cloud for contextual grounding and intelligent decision-making. Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and Platform Events. Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft. Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven workflows. Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, security standards, governance, and performance optimization. Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and deployment activities. Support CI/CD implementation using Salesforce DX, Git, and DevOps tools. Mentor junior developers and contribute to AI adoption initiatives. Required Skills 5-8 years of Salesforce development experience. Strong expertise in: Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) SOQL/SOSL Salesforce Flows Service Cloud Sales Cloud Experience Cloud Hands-on experience with: Salesforce Agentforce Agent Builder Agentforce DX Agent Scripts Prompt Builder Prompt Engineering Einstein AI / Generative AI capabilities Data Cloud Experience designing and deploying autonomous AI agents.
