Act as the primary liaison between business users and automation teams to identify, assess, and document business processes suitable for RPA and Intelligent Automation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with business users, SMEs, and process owners to understand current processes and pain points.
- Identify and qualify automation opportunities based on feasibility, complexity, and business value.
- Conduct process walkthroughs, workshops, and discovery sessions.
- Prepare process documentation, process maps, and Process Definition Documents (PDDs).
- Gather business requirements, process metrics, volumes, and exception scenarios.
- Collaborate with UiPath developers and architects to ensure accurate solution design.
- Support UAT, user adoption, and implementation activities.
- Maintain and manage the automation opportunity pipeline.
Required Skills
- Experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, or Automation Discovery.
- Strong stakeholder management and requirement gathering skills.
- Knowledge of RPA/Intelligent Automation concepts.
- Experience with process mapping and documentation tools such as Visio, Lucidchart, Jira, or Confluence.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with UiPath or other RPA platforms.
- Exposure to Process Mining, Lean Six Sigma, or Continuous Improvement initiatives.
Key Success Metrics
- Automation opportunities identified and qualified.
- Business value and ROI generated.
- Stakeholder satisfaction and automation adoption.
