Job Description: Paralegal Drive Operational Excellence. At Ashurst Perkins Coie US LLP, our people are our greatest asset. We're looking for a collaborative, detail-oriented Paralegal to join our team and help deliver an exceptional employee experience. In this role, the team member will drive the coordination and support of commercial litigation matters across the firm. The ideal candidate brings deep litigation support expertise, with hands-on experience in document and data preservation, collection, processing, review, production, AI-powered litigation tools, and information management systems. The Paralegal role also requires strong legal research and cite-checking skills, along with the ability to conduct complex factual investigations and deliver thorough, detail-driven support at every stage of a case. The selected applicant will lead discovery management, deposition preparation and scheduling, and pretrial and trial support for state and federal proceedings, along with other key case management responsibilities. The listed compensation range reflects the typical pay for this role, though it is rare for new hires to receive an offer at the top of the range.
