Position Summary

As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Rochester Hills or Denver office, you will be the Order To Cash (O2C) Global Process Owner.



Accountable for defining end-to-end O2C strategy, policy, technology-driven process design, and cross functional stakeholder alignment across manufacturing, sales, customer service and shared services teams.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

* Manage cash application and accounts receivable teams in US, Mexico and Canada


* Manage cost center budgets and forecasting as necessary


* Define O2C strategy, policy and the roadmap to achieve agreed definitions of process excellence


* Lead technology-driven process design and identify/commission automation, analytics, AI/GenAI, and other solutions to improve billing, collections, dispute resolution and cash application


* Influence and align stakeholders across finance, sales, customer service, supply-chain and IT to secure funding, adoption and operational changes


* Establish shared, owned and segmented metrics and scorecards (i.e., cash flow/DSO and underlying drivers like invoice creation time, time in collections, cash application rates) and ensure metrics are shared and owned across teams


* Oversee root-cause analysis, process modeling, segment analysis and prioritization of initiatives across technology, data, policy and people


* Coordinate with product owners/finance product managers for O2C enabling technologies, ensuring product owners have at least an indirect reporting relationship to the GPO

Requirements and Preferred Skills

* 8-12 years of AR or O2C management experience


* Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field


* Relationship building, stakeholder influence and communication


* Strategic thinking, problem solving and ability to set process vision and translate it into policy and roadmaps


* AR/O2C Process design and improvement expertise, including experience with automation, process mining, analytics and AI/GenAI use cases


* Strong background in ERP systems and O2C automation tools


* Change management and capability to design roll-outs, adoption plans and incentives for service delivery teams and business stakeholders.


* Ability to define and govern metrics, scorecards and data stewardship


* Proven track record using process mapping, process mining, root-cause analysis, and building business cases linking process improvement to cash/ROIC outcomes

Pay & Benefits



  • Full-Time
  • Salary: $150,000 - $165,000
  • Bonus Eligible: 15%
  • Medical, Dental, Vision insurance and other voluntary benefit options: benefits begin on the first day of the month immediately following your date of hire
  • Eligible for 3 weeks of paid vacation + 11 holidays (9 scheduled & 2 floating) + 8 sick days. All vacation days are accrued
  • 401(k): 3% company contribution and additional 3% company match
  • Tuition Reimbursement
