We have an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Analyst - Automation & Sales Operations to join our team in Austin, TX!

The Sales Analyst supports Sales Operations through data analysis, reporting, process improvement, and technology-enabled solutions. This role will have a strong focus on identifying opportunities to automate and optimize recurring workflows, improve access to information, and increase adoption of Sales Operations tools and resources.

Duties & Responsibilities
  • Analyze sales and business data to identify trends, opportunities, and actionable insights.
  • Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytical tools that support commercial decision-making.
  • Identify manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes and develop opportunities to automate, simplify, or standardize them.
  • Improve recurring workflows by connecting systems, data, and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Support the development and optimization of Power BI, Salesforce, and other Sales Operations tools.
  • Evaluate and improve the usability, accessibility, and adoption of Sales Operations tools and resources.
  • Partner with Sales Training and commercial leaders to support effective rollout, communication, and adoption of new tools and processes.
  • Translate business needs into practical analytical, process, and systems solutions.
  • Work cross-functionally to investigate problems, gather requirements, and implement solutions.
  • Apply commercial understanding to ensure analytical and operational solutions support broader business objectives.
  • Identify opportunities to proactively improve Sales Operations rather than simply responding to recurring requests.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate is a curious, independent problem solver who can connect data, systems, processes, and business needs to develop practical, scalable solutions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in sales operations, business analytics, business intelligence, process improvement, or related field.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and Excel skills.
  • Experience with Power BI, Salesforce, or similar business intelligence/CRM platforms.
  • Experience with process automation, workflow optimization, or systems improvement preferred.
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Highly self-directed with the ability to navigate ambiguity and independently drive solutions to completion.
  • Demonstrated curiosity and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Understanding of commercial or sales environments preferred.
