This position will reside at our Division Headquarters in Mt. Kisco New York. Position Summary SUMMARY The Division Quality Manager will provide leadership and management for the quality function and sustain the quality philosophy and lean culture for the division. The DQM will establish, maintain and optimize an effective quality management system. Create and implement a quality plan to achieve the levels of quality established through organizational goals, customer expectations, related stakeholders and market competition. Enhance and improve the division's products and services through the implementation of ISO 9001, problem-solving tools, prevention methods, quality-at-the-source and continual improvement techniques. Acts as Management Representative for Quality Systems. This role reports directly to the Division General Manager, with a strong dotted line to the Group VP of Quality. As part of the senior level division staff, this role is a critical part of the leadership team responsible for leading a large, complex electronics business. As the Division Quality Manager, this role leads a team of leaders in overseeing all quality functions including supplier quality, customer quality, internal production quality, inspection and audits. Collaborates across all division functions, suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance and quality excellence.
