What role will you play?

As a Financial Management Associate, you'll build your accounting expertise while helping deliver financial, tax and treasury services across Macquarie.
Through a rotational program in our Jacksonville office, you'll have the opportunity to shape your career by gaining experience across Finance & Tax, aligned to your interests and business priorities.
Finance & Tax provides financial management and control, regulatory reporting, tax and business advisory services. Working closely with teams supporting Macquarie's operating groups, you'll develop expertise in accounting, finance, tax or treasury while partnering with the business to deliver insights, reporting and analysis that support decision-making and help manage Macquarie's funding, liquidity and capital position.
You'll work across regions to support reporting, governance and regulatory requirements, while delivering financial analysis, market research and business insights to senior stakeholders.
As part of the Graduate Program, you'll complete an initial 12-month rotation, with the opportunity to undertake a second six-month rotation based on business needs and your career goals, in consultation with your manager and the Head of the Jacksonville Office.

  • You have a unique perspective. We want to hear it. This opportunity is for undergraduate students expecting to graduate between December 2026 - June 2027. Students studying Accounting or Finance are highly encouraged to apply.
  • You are a critical thinker with strong numerical skills and can articulate your thoughts and ideas clearly.
  • You like to collaborate with others and are comfortable building strong working relationships.
  • You have an interest in financial services and coursework in accounting, economics or finance.
  • You bring a proactive, resourceful, and positive attitude as well as a powerful work ethic.
  • You have a strong attention to detail with experience and comfort in Excel.
