THE ROLE: As a System Test Engineering Manager within the Product Development Group, you will lead system test engineering efforts that enable AMD's nextgeneration accelerator products from early development through highvolume manufacturing. This role is responsible for defining systemlevel test strategy, driving execution across lab, manufacturing, and customer environments, and ensuring robust coverage for functionality, compatibility, and reliability. You will manage and mentor a team of system test engineers while working crossfunctionally with design, product engineering, operations, and business partners to ensure products meet quality, schedule, and customer expectations. This role combines technical leadership, people management, and strong execution ownership in a fastpaced product development environment. THE PERSON: You are a collaborative and resultsdriven engineering leader with a strong background in system test and product development. You balance technical depth with people leadership, are comfortable guiding teams through complex and ambiguous challenges, and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You take ownership, proactively remove obstacles, and are motivated by delivering highquality products to market through strong team execution. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
