This position will work a hybrid schedule which includes a combination of working both onsite at Greenwich Drive and remote. The Research Compliance Analyst III serves as an experienced compliance professional supporting oncology research conducted within an academic medical center environment. The position independently conducts research compliance audits, reviews, consultations, investigations, and educational activities related to human subjects research and clinical trials. The incumbent applies knowledge of federal and state regulations, institutional policies, and industry best practices to identify compliance risks, evaluate processes, provide guidance to investigators and study teams, and promote responsible conduct of research. The position partners closely with research leadership, investigators, clinical research staff, and other institutional stakeholders to support compliance with regulatory requirements and strengthen the overall compliance program. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Pay Transparency Act Annual Full Pay Range: $90,600 - $166,400 (will be prorated if the appointment percentage is less than 100%) Hourly Equivalent: $43.39 - $79.69 Factors in determining the appropriate compensation for a role include experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, education, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The Hiring Pay Scale referenced in the job posting is the budgeted salary or hourly range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position. The Annual Full Pay Range may be broader than what the University anticipates to pay for this position, based on internal equity, budget, and collective bargaining agreements (when applicable). | |
