TITLE: Inside Sales Representative

POSITION SUMMARY
: The Inside Sales Representative plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities in designated expansion markets. Operating as a strategic revenue generator, this role focuses on selling custom data center maintenance/servicing, engineering, and construction solutions to enterprise clients, cloud providers, and hyperscalers.
The ideal candidate combines strong outbound business development skills with technical aptitude, managing the end-to-end sales pipeline while building key vendor relationships to maximize deal velocity and solution delivery. This position is responsible for managing the long tail of customers and driving incremental growth from them by positioning the full portfolio of services offered by CPG.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Conduct outbound business development, prospecting, and lead follow up on target accounts within expansion territory.
- Manage the full inside sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure, ensuring high conversion rates through proactive lead management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure CPG is well positioned for additional business and growth within the accounts.
- Maintain complete and accurate account, opportunity, and activity records in NetSuite CRM.
- Build and manage an up-to-date sales pipeline, delivering accurate monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts to leadership.
- Meet with existing or potential clients and attend site visits as required.
- Coordinate with solutions engineers and estimating teams to prepare quotes, technical proposals, and service contracts.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key vendors, distribution partners, and equipment suppliers.
- Act as the primary liaison between CPG sales operations, external vendor reps, and the client throughout the sales and occasionally execution phases.
- Coordinate between numerous internal Line of Business managers and external vendor partners to communicate CPG's full capabilities out to potential and existing customers.
- Identify additional opportunities for CPG to generate revenue.
QUALIFICATIONS:

Education/Experience:
- Bachelor's degree or combination of education and work experience
- Minimum 3-5 Years of relevant Sales or Business Development experience preferred
- Knowledge of mission-critical data center delivery and services
- Experience working with large, global companies and knowledge of their operating models.
- Background of Deal Management and Quoting, ability to read technical specs and coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to deliver solutions to customers
Computer Skills:
- Microsoft office proficiency - Excel, Word, Power Point
- Previous experience with Oracle NetSuite a plus
