Now Hiring: Associate Production Supervisor - Paint Line (Direct Hire) Location: Dallas, TX Pay: $65,000 - $80,000 annually Shift: 1st Shift \| 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM We are seeking an Associate Production Supervisor - Paint Line to lead daily manufacturing operations in a fast-paced production environment. This role is responsible for driving productivity, ensuring quality standards, supporting team performance, and maintaining safe operations while meeting production goals. Job Duties Lead daily paint-line production activities to achieve quality, delivery, and efficiency targets Supervise, coach, and support production team members Monitor operational performance and implement process improvements Troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams Coordinate production schedules based on materials, equipment, and customer demand Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and training requirements Drive continuous improvement initiatives to increase productivity and reduce downtime Qualifications 2+ years of manufacturing or production experience Experience in electrostatic painting, E-coat systems, conveyor systems, or similar finishing processes required Prior leadership, team lead, or supervisory experience preferred Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams Basic technical and operational knowledge within a manufacturing environment Ability to work 1st shift schedule Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Health Savings Account (HSA) AD&D Insurance Benefits vary by client and are confirmed at the time of offer.
