Position: Research Coordinator Department: TEAM UP Scaling and Sustainability Center Location: Boston, MA Schedule: 40 hours per week, On-site POSITION SUMMARY: The Research Coordinator manages the day-to-day operational and coordination activities that support research and evaluation studies for the TEAM UP Center at Boston Medical Center, an initiative advancing integrated behavioral health (IBH) in pediatric primary care. Working under the direction of the Deputy Director of Research and Evaluation Operations, this position is primarily responsible for coordinating study recruitment and enrollment, administering staff surveys, planning and executing site visits for ethnographic studies, and liaising with the IRB and partner practice sites to keep study activities on track. This position exercises independent judgment in coordinating multi-site logistics and escalates protocol or compliance issues to the Deputy Director as needed. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Compensation Range: $25.48- $37.02This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications.
