Job Description:

Dynamo Technologies is seeking a Logistics / PSM Operations Lead to support Product Support Management (PSM) activities within PM PNT at Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland. The selected candidate will provide Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Management support across operational planning, tasker management, logistics coordination, sustainment planning, audit readiness, and Product Support activities.

The PSM Operations Lead will work closely with government program leadership, Product Managers, logistics personnel, Army organizations, vendors, and other stakeholders to coordinate short- and mid-range Product Support operations and ensure timely completion of taskers and operational requirements. The position will also support Product Support planning, fielding synchronization, Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC), Independent Logistics Assessments, logistics audits, and Product Support documentation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong DoD logistics and Product Support background, excellent organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced program office environment.

Duties/ Responsibilities:



  • Provide Integrated Logistics Support and Product Support Management support for PM PNT programs, initiatives, and operational requirements.
  • Coordinate completion of taskers in TMT/ETMS by consolidating responses from Product Manager team members and tracking actions through completion.
  • Track Product Support-related taskings, including urgent operational requests, system operational availability issues, training requirements, and other Product Support activities.
  • Develop and maintain schedules supporting short- and mid-range Product Support operations and initiatives.
  • Coordinate weekly activity report inputs from Product Support teams and consolidate information for leadership review.
  • Organize, maintain, and manage Product Support files and documentation within SharePoint and Microsoft Teams.
  • Coordinate meetings with government, contractor, Product Manager, and other stakeholder organizations, including conference room, audio, and video requirements.
  • Coordinate Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) regulatory audit activities and support compliance with applicable Army regulations and policies.
  • Coordinate and support the completion of Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs), serving as the primary action officer for assigned assessments.
  • Participate in Product Support Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), working groups, fielding synchronization meetings, and other stakeholder engagements.
  • Provide schedule and Product Support inputs in support of PM PNT product integrated master schedules.
  • Support the development of short- and mid-range logistics and Product Support planning.
  • Provide input and analysis for logistics resource planning and budgetary products derived from logistics requirements.
  • Support planning and coordination of depot maintenance budgetary activities and POM Program Reviews.
  • Support logistics audits and audit readiness activities by collecting, reviewing, maintaining, updating, and providing logistics and sustainment documentation.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of internal controls, policy standards, and procedures as new policies, laws, regulations, and directives are released.
  • Assist in the preparation, review, and evaluation of Product Support and acquisition documentation.
  • Review and provide technical input on Product Support documentation, including Lifecycle Sustainment Plans, Core Depot Assessments, Analysis of Product Support Alternatives, Level of Repair Analyses, and other sustainment-related products.
  • Assist with the development and review of SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, performance specifications, and associated acquisition documentation.
  • Provide technical advice and assistance related to logistics and Product Support requirements during proposal evaluation and other acquisition activities.
  • Participate in classified (Secret) and unclassified meetings as required.
  • Perform other logistics and Product Support duties as assigned in support of the PM PNT mission.


Required Skills/Abilities:



  • Strong understanding of DoD logistics, Integrated Logistics Support (ILS), and Product Support Management principles and processes.
  • Experience supporting Army and/or DoD logistics or Product Support programs.
  • Experience coordinating logistics activities, taskers, action items, and operational requirements in a program office environment.
  • Experience developing and maintaining short- and mid-range plans, schedules, reports, and program documentation.
  • Experience supporting logistics audits, audit readiness, internal controls, or compliance activities.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, IPTs, working groups, and stakeholder engagements.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work effectively with government personnel, Product Managers, engineers, logistics personnel, vendors, program managers, and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work with both classified and unclassified information.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required security clearance.

  • Familiarity with Army logistics regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Experience supporting Risk Management and Internal Controls (RMIC) activities.
  • Experience serving as an action officer for Independent Logistics Assessments (ILAs).
  • Experience supporting Army or DoD logistics audits and audit readiness activities.
  • Experience with logistics resource planning, budgetary planning, depot maintenance planning, or POM Program Reviews.
  • Experience developing or reviewing Lifecycle Sustainment Plans (LCSPs).
  • Experience with Core Depot Assessments (CDA), Analysis of Product Support Alternatives (APSA), or Level of Repair Analysis (LORA).
  • Experience supporting fielding synchronization and integrated master schedule activities.
  • Experience participating in Product Support IPTs and working groups.
  • Familiarity with AR 770-2, AR 770-3, AR 700-127, AR 70-1, AR 750-1, AR 735-5, and AR 710-3.
  • Familiarity with DoDI 5000.02 and applicable Title 10 requirements.
  • Experience supporting acquisition documentation, including SOOs, SOWs, PWSs, and performance specifications.
  • Experience preparing briefings and presenting logistics or Product Support information to senior program leadership.


Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in a specialized field with 7 years of experience in DoD logistics, or Master's degree with 5 years of experience in DoD logistics.
  • Relevant experience should include DoD/Army logistics, Product Support Management, Integrated Logistics Support, sustainment planning, or related Product Support activities.


Travel Requirement:



  • Up to 25% travel


Clearance Requirement:



  • Secret clearance required with the ability to obtain a Top Secret.
