Department of Music Education, University of Missouri, St. Louis (UMSL) Job Description
The University of Missouri - St. Louis (UMSL) is seeking nominations and applications for the E. Desmond Lee Endowed Professorship in Music Education, a joint appointment between the College of Arts and Sciences and the College of Education. This position is a twelve-month faculty appointment at the rank of associate or full professor. The salary is competitive, negotiable, and will be commensurate with qualifications and experience. The professor will be expected to teach three courses or the equivalent per year, to be determined by mutual agreement of the professor and the chairs of the academic units. Appropriate research/creative activity is an expectation. Qualifications
Qualifications include a terminal degree in music education and an outstanding record of scholarly and/or administrative achievement in music education. Successful experiences in grant writing, as well as budget implementation and management, are highly desirable. Application Materials
