Job Description Position: Maintenance Welder Technician Primary Location: Celina, TX Shift: Monday to Friday Reports to: Operations Manager Compensation: $37/Hour The range shown reflects the targeted pay scale. Actual pay within the range depends on work location and factors such as skills, experience, and education. Specific salary details can be discussed during the hiring process. Posted compensation reflects base salary only and excludes bonuses, benefits, pension contributions, and other incentives.

About this Role and About You Maintenance Welder Technician is responsible for supporting and assisting the Maintenance Manager in maintaining the facility in a safe and environmentally friendly manner, carry out the priorities identified by the Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Lead while maintaining the capacity to accomplish secondary and tertiary routine maintenance and repair items with little to no supervision. You will be an active participant in effective collaboration between the team and management. Leadership skills are needed to aid in direction, training and comradery of the maintenance team. Welding duties include fabrication of structures, piping, and supports to include both controlled environment and field welding. Repair and restoration of industrial equipment. Equipment includes industrial machinery supporting site specific equipment including pumps, gearboxes, conveyors, valves, support structures and other various piping system components. Due to the hazardous nature of the chemicals being handled and stored, this position requires an extremely safety conscientious individual with a highly developed safety attitude and safety focus combined with the ability to demonstrate a high and sustainable focus on attention to detail Qualification Knowledge
8-10 years of hands-on experience in a chemical plant / refinery / process industry as a maintenance technician working on pumps, compressors, pressure vessel, tanks, piping, steel structure, supports, experience in reading P&IDS and piping isometrics, blueprints.
