Position Description
Provide programmatic, analytic, and coordination support as needed to accomplish ATI's digitalization and AI program goals and objectives. This position combines traditional program assistant responsibilities with AI use case development, testing, and evaluation support.
We offer a hybrid schedule (in-office & remote/work from home) or an onsite schedule and flexible hours. Candidates will need to reside near Charleston, SC to ensure work site flexibility.

Essential Functions
- Provide administrative support to the Digitalization, Data, and AI Lead within PMO, including supporting activities and action-item follow-up for digitalization and AI initiatives.
- Coordinatewith project leads regarding planning and execution of customer programs and internal projects, with a focus on integrating digital tools, data, and AI capabilities into ATI workflows and processes.
- Maintain accurate records for projects, including discovery interviews, charters, requirements specifications, user feedback, and AI use case and experiment repositories with appropriate version control and archiving.
- With guidance from supervisor- curate, prioritize, and refine AI and digitalization use cases across ATI programs and internal functions by engaging with project leads, understanding workflows, and identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and decision-making.
- With guidance from supervisor- translate operational needs into clear problem statements, requirements, concept briefs, and lightweight business cases that articulate the value, feasibility, impact, and risks of proposed AI and digitalization initiatives.
- Design and support structured experiments and pilots to evaluate AI tools and approaches; develop evaluation frameworks and metrics; and collect, analyze, and visualize results to inform leadership decisions.
- Assist with creating user-facing materials (guides, playbooks, training content) to support change management and adoption of approved AI tools and digital workflows, incorporating feedback from demos, workshops, and user sessions.
- Support ongoing analysis and reporting across the Digitalization, Data, and AI team, including summaries, dashboards, and presentations on experiment outcomes, use case pipeline, and adoption progress related to digitalization initiatives.
- Positively contribute to ATI's culture through collaboration, critical thinking, and continuous learning about emerging digital and AI technologies. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree, or an Associate's Degree and two years related experience, or High School and six years of related experience.
- Computer skills including intermediate Excel skills, MS Office Suite - Word, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project desired.
- Ability to travel to conferences and meetings required.

Anticipated starting salary is in range commensurate with education and experience:
$55,000 - $60,000 |
