Project Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its Project Management Office (PMO) in Oklahoma City. The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with agency goals and objectives.

The role will work closely with agency teams, vendors, and stakeholders to manage resources, remove project blockers, track deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage medium to extra-large projects through the full project life cycle.
• Utilize Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Manage risks, changes, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare project status reports and key metrics for the PMO dashboard.
• Facilitate change management activities.
• Manage vendor relationships and contract processes from initiation through closure.
• Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis and provide recommendations.
• Ensure projects comply with federal, state, and agency guidelines.
• Lead meetings and group facilitation activities with various stakeholders.
• Ensure projects are successfully implemented and formally closed.
