Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee projects from initiation through completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals and objectives. This position will collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and key stakeholders to manage resources, resolve project issues, track deliverables, and drive successful project outcomes.

• Manage medium to extra-large projects throughout the full project life cycle.

• Apply Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid project management methodologies.

• Develop project scopes, objectives, schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables.

• Manage project risks, changes, resources, vendors, and stakeholder communications.

• Prepare project status reports, metrics, and updates for PMO dashboards.

• Facilitate change management activities and organizational adoption.

• Manage vendor relationships and contract processes from initiation through closure.

• Conduct gap analysis and root cause analysis and provide actionable recommendations.

• Ensure projects comply with applicable federal, state, and organizational guidelines.

• Lead project meetings, working sessions, and stakeholder facilitation activities.

• Coordinate project implementation and ensure successful formal project closure.

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7a-6p (Hybrid; 3 days onsite)
