What You'll Do:
  • Assemble and process products using hand tools, spot welders, microscopes, and specialized manufacturing equipment while following detailed procedures and technical drawings.
  • Monitor equipment readings, including vacuum, temperature, and torque measurements, and identify process or component conditions that fall outside normal parameters.
  • Perform visual inspections, identify non-conforming parts, and maintain accurate records using the onsite Quality Tracking System (QTS).
  • Meet production schedules and required yield targets by completing assigned work efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and workmanship.
  • Follow all applicable mechanical, chemical, and electrical safety procedures, and communicate complex equipment or process issues to engineering and supervisory teams.
Job Requirements
What You'll Bring:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 2+years of experience in performing visual quality inspections and identifying non-conforming products or components.
What Sets You Apart:
  • Read drawings/blueprints/work instructions
  • Demonstrated problem solving techniques
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
  • Ability to become familiar with SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • Must have strong problem solving and analytical skills, adaptability and flexibility
  • Attention to detail
  • Self-driven to complete goals and tasks
  • Ability to wear required PPE to fulfill shift duties: smock, hairnet, gloves, facemask, and safety glasses.
  • Ability to work alone and with others in a team environment under minimal supervision to accomplish department goals.
