Administrative Assistant
Englewood, CO
Schedule/Shift: In office daily
Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Job Summary

The Administrative Assistant provides day-to-day administrative and coordination support, with a strong focus on communication with vendors regarding installation activities across multiple locations. This role requires excellent organization, communication, and follow-through skills to manage ongoing correspondence, coordinate project-related details, and support changing priorities. The ideal candidate has basic administrative experience, is eager to learn, and can communicate effectively with internal and external contacts. Previous project coordination or real estate experience is a plus.

Job Responsibilities




  • Communicate regularly with vendors regarding installation schedules, requirements, updates, and project details.



  • Coordinate administrative activities related to installations across warehouses and other locations.



  • Maintain organized records, correspondence, schedules, and project-related documentation.



  • Follow up with vendors and other contacts to obtain information and keep activities moving forward.



  • Assist with project coordination and track outstanding tasks, updates, and deadlines.



  • Respond professionally to routine inquiries and communicate relevant information to appropriate stakeholders.



  • Manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.



  • Provide general administrative support as needed.



  • Demonstrate initiative, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes and responsibilities.




Job Requirements




  • Previous administrative or related office support experience.



  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.



  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.



  • Ability to communicate professionally with multiple vendors and stakeholders.



  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, priorities, and follow-up activities.



  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.



  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.



  • Basic project coordination experience is preferred.



  • Real estate industry experience is a plus.



  • Willingness and ability to learn new processes and responsibilities.
