Digital Care Transformation Orchestrator

A total of 12 positions will be filled.

JOB SUMMARY
The Digital Care Transformation Orchestrator is accountable for the end-to-end arc of technology change within an assigned clinical or business portfolio: understanding what the portfolio needs, shaping the solution against network architecture and governance standards, delivering it as a managed program of work, and proving the value it returned. This role integrates the relationship and demand-shaping function, and the delivery and execution function, creating speed to value.

The incumbent partners directly with senior clinical, operational, and financial leaders; translates their objectives into a governed portfolio of initiatives; and leads delivery of those initiatives through structured project and program methods. The role carries specific accountability for emerging technology governance, evaluating, piloting, and sponsoring artificial intelligence, ambient and agentic capabilities, automation, and other novel technologies through a defined intake, validation, monitoring, and retirement lifecycle, and for ensuring that every solution introduced conforms to enterprise architecture, interoperability, security, and data standards rather than adding to technical debt.

Levels II, III, and IV are distinguished by portfolio scope, architectural authority, governance, leadership, and the degree to which the incumbent shapes enterprise standards rather than applying them. Level IV additionally owns network-wide modernization frameworks and the emerging technology governance model itself.

EDUCATION
A bachelor's degree in any discipline is required. An associate's degree in a clinical field with commensurate additional experience will be considered. A master's degree or an advanced clinical degree is preferred at Levels II and III and is strongly preferred at Level IV.

EXPERIENCE
Three years of similar experience.

The role of Digital Care Transformation Orchestrator includes multiple levels. The hiring team reserves the right to determine appropriate level placement of our final candidates. Level and salary upon hiring are commensurate with years of relevant experience. Please reach out to recruitment for information on levels and corresponding compensation.
