Senior Specialist - Personal Banker

The Consumer Baking Operations area is responsible for delivering consumer banking products and services to individual customers, including personal loans, savings and checking accounts, mortgages, and credit cards. Activities may include:

• Processing account openings and closures
• Managing loan applications and approvals
• Facilitating transaction
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Providing customer support for banking services
• May include branch operations, customer service, and transaction processing

Personal Banker activities may include:

• Support of promotional activities
• Enhancing customer relationships
• Referring customers to other areas, as appropriate
• Other duties as assigned

Requires advanced knowledge of operational procedures and tools obtained through extensive work experience and may require vocational or technical education. Responsibilities typically include:

• Working under limited supervision for non-routine situations and may be responsible for leading daily operations.
• Training, delegating and reviewing the work of lower level employees.
• Problems are typically difficult and non-routine but not complex.

• Typically requires 7+ years relevant experience
• May require vocational or technical training

• May require obtaining and/or maintaining NMLS registration
