UVA Community Health is seeking an Experienced Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our well-established General Surgery team in Culpeper, Virginia. This is an excellent opportunity to become an integral part of a collegial, community-based surgical practice supported by three experienced General Surgeons and a dedicated team of nurses and medical assistants. The ideal candidate will play a central role in providing comprehensive surgical care, with responsibilities spanning outpatient visits, pre and post-operative management, and hospital consultations. The base compensation range for this role is an hourly rate of$58.87 - $75.29for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education. Please note that the pay range does not include any applicable incentive compensation programs, such as productivity, quality, non-productivity, or other incentives that may be available for eligible positions.
