Join a leading technology organization that is at the forefront of innovation, shaping the future of digital experiences and device sales. This is an exciting opportunity to become an integral part of a dynamic team, driving significant revenue growth and strategic partnerships. As a valued Aquent talent, you will play a pivotal role in empowering partner organizations to accelerate device sales, directly impacting the market reach and success of cutting-edge technology products.

About the Role: Drive Partner Sales Excellence

Are you ready to make a substantial impact by empowering others to achieve sales excellence? We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to join our team, focusing on accelerating device sales through our robust network of partner organizations. This isn't a traditional customer-facing sales role; instead, you'll be the architect behind our partners' success, driving revenue by enhancing their selling capabilities. You'll be instrumental in shaping sales strategies, enabling partner sellers, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve ambitious growth targets. If you thrive in a collaborative environment where your expertise directly translates into widespread market impact, this role is for you!

What You'll Do

  • Protect, grow, and acquire revenue across a diverse partner portfolio, driving year-over-year growth through partner-sourced pipeline initiatives.
  • Lead sales enablement efforts by delivering account lists and sales plays on a recurring cadence, providing essential call guides, competitive positioning, pricing strategies, and objection handling techniques.
  • Onboard and certify new partner sellers, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to succeed.
  • Develop ranked, high-propensity target lists for partner sellers, mapping coverage, identifying lapsed accounts, anticipating refresh cycles, assessing competitive risks, and uncovering attach opportunities.
  • Manage the lead lifecycle by routing generated opportunities to the appropriate partner sellers with relevant context and clear next steps, ensuring end-to-end status ownership and closed-loop reporting.
  • Orchestrate efforts across partner and distribution channels, managing incentive programs, and contributing to strategic initiatives.
  • Support pipeline management, quote activity, and KPI attainment, ensuring operational processes drive sales execution and business performance.

How Your Success Will Be Measured

  • Team revenue attainment and year-over-year growth (monthly).
  • Partner-sourced pipeline coverage against quarterly goals (weekly).
  • Lead follow-up within agreed-upon timeframes (weekly).
  • Partner sellers onboarded, certified, and actively transacting (quarterly).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or equivalent training.
  • 8-10 years of relevant experience.
  • Channel/partner sales experience in devices or commercial IT.
  • A proven track record of driving revenue through other sellers.
  • Fluency in deal registration, special pricing, incentives, and reseller alliance terms.
  • Strong analytical skills for building account lists and coverage models.
  • Excellent enablement and communication skills, effective across inside sales, field teams, and partner leadership.
  • Comfort with building new programs in ambiguous environments.
  • Ability to support a standard work week of 40 hours, Monday-Friday, with no overtime.
  • Proficiency with Virtual Desktop for access setup.
  • Access to standard equipment with preferred specifications of at least 32 GB RAM and a Core i5 or higher processor.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Digital merchandising or e-commerce experience.
