About the Role: Lead Partner Sales & Drive Growth

Are you a visionary leader with a passion for driving sales through strategic partnerships? We are seeking an exceptional individual to step into a pivotal role, leading a team of quota-carrying sellers and orchestrating the success of a diverse portfolio of partners. This isn't just a management position; it's an opportunity to be at the forefront of technology sales, shaping strategies, fostering talent, and directly impacting revenue growth. You will be instrumental in arming partner teams with the insights, offers, and support they need to excel, making a tangible difference in their sales engine and our client's market presence.

Key Responsibilities



  • Lead and develop a team of quota-carrying sellers, providing onboarding, coaching, and consistent 1:1 cadence, ensuring clear expectations and fostering a culture of recognition and shared learning.
  • Own the aggregate portfolio revenue and year-over-year growth commitment, allocating goals/quotas, forecasting pipeline, and implementing corrective actions for coverage, aging, or conversion gaps.
  • Run the business rhythm, including weekly pipeline and lead follow-up inspection, monthly business reviews, and ensuring accountability for account lists, lead response times, and standardized plays/assets/reporting.
  • Cultivate and maintain executive relationships with partner sales leadership, representing performance, risks, and strategic asks to leadership with a clear point of view and actionable plans.
  • Contribute to strategy and operational design, including shaping sales programs, directing business intelligence/analytics investments toward targeted account lists, and owning lead management rules and closed-loop reporting.
  • Support technology sales operations by managing pipeline, overseeing quote activity, ensuring KPI attainment, facilitating partner engagement, and optimizing operational processes that drive sales execution and business performance.


Must-Have Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or equivalent training.
  • 10+ years of experience managing people, specifically quota-carrying sellers.
  • Demonstrated experience in channel/partner sales, particularly within device, hardware, or commercial IT sectors.
  • A proven record of delivering revenue through others.
  • Fluency in deal registration, special pricing, incentives, and reseller alliance terms.
  • Strong analytical and forecasting skills, including experience with coverage models, propensity, attainment, and ROI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a structured, process-oriented approach to problem-solving.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Executive presence when interacting with both partner and leadership audiences.


Nice-to-Have Qualifications



  • Experience building new programs in ambiguous environments, including those involving AI-driven motions.
  • Previous experience with technology sales.
  • Proficiency in pipeline management and quote management activities.
  • A history of working in KPI-driven environments.
