This is a rare one. A nationally recognized travel brand is building out its social content engine and needs a Social Creative who lives at the intersection of camera and cut. You will shoot and edit social content that ranges from same day trend turnarounds to premium, brand defining pieces, often in the same week.

You know how a video needs to feel on TikTok versus Reels versus YouTube Shorts, and you edit accordingly. You take a brief, add your own point of view, and deliver.

Most of your work will be based in the Pacific Northwest, with real opportunities to travel for production: airports, in flight, destinations on the route map, and shoots alongside creators and influencers as part of a broader content strategy. If you have been waiting for a role where "go capture this in the field" actually means getting on a plane, this is it.

What You'll Do

  • Shoot and edit short form video for social, both trend responsive content turned around in hours and premium content built over days or weeks
  • Translate briefs and creative direction into finished content independently
  • Adapt style, pacing, and format across platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
  • Capture content primarily in the Pacific Northwest, with occasional travel for production (flights, destinations, events, creator and influencer shoots)
  • Stay fluent in social trends, sounds, formats, and editing techniques, and bring that knowledge back to the team
  • Manage your own gear, shot lists, and basic production logistics on set and in the field
  • Collaborate with the social team, influencer program, and cross functional partners on shoots

What You Bring

  • An impressive portfolio or reel showing both fast turn trend content and more produced, premium work
  • Strong shooting fundamentals (composition, lighting, audio), comfortable running solo or with a small crew
  • Editing fluency in Premiere, CapCut, or similar
  • Proven track record of taking loose direction and running with it
  • On set and field production experience
  • Comfortable with occasional travel

Bonus Points

  • Photography experience
  • Motion graphics and/or sound design experience

Why This Role

You will own content end to end, not sit three layers deep in an approval chain. The brand has a distinct voice and a team that wants a creative partner, not a button pusher. Travel is part of the job, not a perk you have to fight for.
