Summary
The Manager of Business Intelligence & Reporting will lead a small team dedicated to advancing the Internal Audit's (IA) Business Intelligence (BI), reporting and Artificial Intelligence (AI) capabilities. This role is responsible for defining and executing strategies that support NYPA's IA long-term objectives, collaborating with business partners to understand reporting needs, and developing a roadmap for impactful BI initiatives. The Manager will ensure team members are assigned appropriate work, provide development and oversight, and foster a culture of growth and accountability. This position serves as the technical expert for AI, BI & Reporting, overseeing the evaluation and implementation of advanced automation, reporting and data visualization tools. The Manager will drive best practices, support self-service analytics, and promote the effective use of NYPA's approved technology. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills are essential, as is the ability to manage multiple projects and support both business and technical teams. #LI-JP1 Responsibilities

The salary offered will be determined based on the successful candidates' relevant experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
