Location: Philadelphia, PA (2-3 days/week on-site expectation)

Are you looking for a highly impactful HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager role where you can help shape the digital and customer engagement strategy for the GSK Meningitis Vaccines Portfolio? If so, this role could be an excellent opportunity to consider.

As an HCP Omnichannel Marketing Manager for the GSK Meningitis Vaccines Portfolio, you will lead key projects focused on developing and optimizing insight-driven HCP omnichannel promotional tactics across 3 Meningitis Vaccine brands. The candidate should be a self-starter with a passion for creating customer-centric, competitive, compliant, and innovative marketing campaigns that support business objectives and improve HCP engagement.

  • Lead development of assigned HCP omnichannel promotional tactics across the GSK Meningitis Vaccines Portfolio, including project briefs, channel plans, content journeys, and promotional materials that deliver on brand strategy and business objectives

  • Bring a strong understanding of the evolving omnichannel marketing landscape, including emerging capabilities such as AMO and CDP, and identify opportunities to apply new technologies to strengthen HCP engagement and campaign performance

  • Create and deliver robust digital media plans in partnership with Media Agency that deliver innovative, compliant materials to effectively engage HCPs

  • Partner across relevant stakeholders, including Medical, Legal/Regulatory, Operations, Analytics, and agency partners

  • Translate market research, HCP insights, performance data, and channel analytics into actionable omnichannel strategies that address marketplace needs and support portfolio priorities

  • Lead cross-functional teams of internal and external partners, including creative, media, digital, scientific communications, and promotional agencies, to drive high-quality execution

  • Work effectively and collaboratively as an equal partner across a matrix marketing organization, ensuring alignment across portfolio, brand, sales, and digital priorities

  • Measure, track, and optimize performance of key omnichannel tactics using defined KPIs, channel metrics, and campaign learnings

  • Work closely with HCP Marketing Director to ensure tactics align with and support Meningitis Portfolio strategies, brand objectives, and customer engagement goals

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • BS/BA, preferably in Business /Marketing or Health Sciences related field

  • Minimum of 4 years of healthcare marketing or other relevant commercial experience, preferably including HCP marketing, omnichannel marketing, digital engagement, sales, training, communications, or agency experience in vaccines, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare

  • Ability to travel up to 25% of the time, including some weekends

Preferred Qualifications:

If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:

  • MBA

  • HCP marketing experience strongly preferred, particularly within vaccines, infectious disease, adolescent health, or primary care markets

  • Experience developing or executing omnichannel marketing campaigns, including email, media, website, social, and digital engagement tactics

  • Experience in vaccines, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or healthcare commercialization, including marketing strategy, customer engagement, market access, or portfolio planning

  • Project management experience with proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and drive execution through cross-functional teams

  • Demonstrated analytical skills, including ability to understand drivers of performance, synthesize data and insights, and apply campaign measurement learnings to optimize future tactics

  • Budget management experience

  • Experience implementing projects within pharma, including copy approval, medical/legal/regulatory review, and promotional compliance processes

  • Experience managing external agencies, including creative, digital, media, CRM, scientific communications, and professional promotional partners
