Location Address: 1100 Central Ave SE Albuquerque, NM 87106-4930Compensation Pay Range: Minimum Offer $87,526.40 Maximum Offer $149,032.00Summary: Presbyterian Hospital Main is seeking a dedicated and innovative RN Clinical Educator to support professional development and clinical excellence within the Neuro Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The Clinical Educator is responsible for assessing learning needs, developing educational programs, facilitating competency validation, and promoting evidence-based practice for nurses caring for patients with complex neurological and neurosurgical conditions.This role partners closely with nursing leadership, interdisciplinary teams, and system educators to enhance clinical competency, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning and professional growth. Serves as educator, consultant, researcher, instructional and evaluation designer, clinical practice expert, and interprofessional collaborator supporting the clinical development needs of staff throughout the PHS enterprise This role supports the educational components of the organizations clinical initiatives and practices. Qualifications: Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing required. Academic Preparation: Specialty Certifications: Specialty certification in nursing, informatics, education or equivalent certification preferred Professional Requirements/Emergency Response: Maintains current training in following: Experience: Minimum at least 3 years of clinical care expertise required in clinical specialty. Neuro Progressive care experience preferred. In lieu of the 3 years experience, completion of an accredited nurse residency program, 1 year of Clinical Practice Lead experience, or prior educator experience.
