Technical Sourcer, AI & Robotics

Tesla Sourcers find top machine learning and software talent to power a sustainable & autonomous future. This role partners closely with Recruiters, Engineers, and Engineering Managers to identify, attract, and assess exceptional candidates. Our team supports the core of robotics and AI hiring across Full Self Driving, Optimus and Digital Optimus. We are looking for passionate, innovative thinkers who can leverage creative approaches to bring the very best Machine Learning and Software Engineers to Tesla.

• Utilize multiple tools and approaches to identify top talent
• Build robust software pipelines of qualified candidates for near-term and future hiring needs
• Develop strong working relationships with recruiters, business leaders, and hiring managers
• Maintain an expert level understanding of all recruiting processes in an environment that frequently changes
• Focus on providing a positive candidate experience at every opportunity

• 2+ years sourcing experience in an in-house or agency environment
• Ability to creatively approach hiring needs for difficult to fill positions
• Familiarity recruiting software engineers across multiple disciplines
• Knowledge of relevant employment market trends
• Strong ability to track and manage data and workflows
• Startup experience is a plus
