Pay Range: $25+/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

Our Mechanics are responsible for repairing and refurbishing fusion equipment in a distribution plant by performing the following duties:



  • Hands on leadership of 5+ mechanics supporting 50 person facility equipped with multiple types of machinery
  • Perform quality inspections of rental fusion equipment prior to returning to service
  • Inspect and diagnose customer owned equipment to prepare repair quotes
  • Communicate with maintenance coordinator and production manager on status of down equipment and customer repairs
  • Prepare equipment for shipping
  • Establishes and adjusts work procedures and schedules to meet company demand
  • Motivate and implement safety procedures, recognition, and accountability
  • Collaborate with departmental managers to meet plant goals
  • Manages the work of technical maintenance staff, contractors, or subcontractors.


Base Qualifications:



  • 3+ years of experience in maintenance or automotive repair preferred
  • Diagnostic ability and troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines, work flexible hours, and work in a team environment
  • Interpret technical instructions
  • Capability to use independent judgment and work both independently and in a team setting
  • Basic computer skills
  • Commitment to quality
  • Physical demands: must be able to lift up to 50lbs on a regular basis, standing, climbing is frequently required


Screening requirements include: A Physical, Drug Screen, and Criminal Background Check.
