Job DescriptionThe Center for Early Learning Professionals is seeking a full-time Training and Technical Assistance Associate II for its RI Pre-K PDTA project, reporting to the Project Director. The Center for Early Learning Professionals serves as the state of Rhode Island's hub for professional development and technical assistance for early childhood education workforce professionals and pre-licensed and licensed childcare programs including Center-based, home-based and school age/out of school time, as well as Rhode Island's RIDE-funded RI Pre-K programs. The Training and Technical Assistance Associate II is responsible for building capacity in state-funded RI Pre-K classrooms and programs. This position provides individual and small group technical assistance, facilitates professional development opportunities, and supports RI Pre-K programs as they complete grant deliverables. Through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, the Training and Technical Assistance Associate II identifies short- and long-term quality improvement goals for RI Pre-K staff, classrooms, and programs. This position requires regular, in-person site visits throughout Rhode Island and in-person meetings and professional development events. The starting full-time base salary range for this position is $70,000 - $85,000.
